What it is

An online platform where students buy, rent or sell books with fellow students, with a search-first interface and a Flask backend.

Problem

Textbooks are expensive and campus book exchange was informal and slow.

Approach

Designed and implemented the entire frontend in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript and integrated it with a Python Flask and MySQL backend.

Highlights

  1. Launched a working platform that received positive feedback for ease of use and search.
